Honour the person who held you up
There is someone — a mother, a teacher, a neighbour, a friend — who held you up when you could not stand. Most of them never hear it while they still can. The Berean Post wants to change that.

1
Choose the one person who held you up.
2
Send a photo, their name and 100 words.
3
We print a selection in the November issue.
About the programme
Honour One is a reader invitation from The Berean Post. Each reader may honour one person who carried them through a hard season. Every entry is read by our editors; a selection is printed in the November issue and shown on this page.
Submission guidance
- Choose a clear, well-lit photo of the honouree alone, ideally facing the camera.
- Write in your own words — specific memories beat general praise. Keep it to 100 words.
- Be kind and truthful. Avoid private details (health, addresses, family disputes).
- Honouring someone under 18? Only with their parent or guardian’s permission.
- Entries close 10 November 2026. Nothing is published until an editor approves it.
