On April 7, the wisdom of Ecclesiastes gently reminds us that life unfolds in seasons, each with its own designated purpose. In a world that often demands instant gratification and immediate results, this verse invites us to embrace the rhythm of God's perfect timing. It acknowledges the diverse experiences of life, joy and sorrow, building and tearing down, as part of a larger, divinely orchestrated plan. While we may not always understand the 'why' behind each season, trusting that God has a 'time for everything' frees us from anxiety and empowers us to be present and faithful in our current circumstances. It encourages patience and surrender to His sovereign hand.

Prayer

Sovereign Lord, help me to rest in Your perfect timing today, trusting that there is a season for every activity. Grant me patience to await Your unfolding plan and faithfulness in my current season.
