Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Anxiety is a common human experience, but Paul offers a powerful antidote: prayer. He doesn't suggest that life will be without worries, but rather that our response to them should be to turn to God. Notice the elements: 'prayer' (general communion), 'supplication' (specific requests), and 'thanksgiving' (a posture of gratitude, even in difficult circumstances). The outcome is not always the removal of the problem, but an even greater gift: the 'peace of God, which surpasses all understanding.' This isn't a peace the world gives; it's a divine guarding of our hearts and minds, keeping them secure in Christ Jesus despite external turmoil.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I bring my anxieties before You now, along with my requests, and I thank You for Your faithfulness. Guard my heart and mind with Your peace that goes beyond all comprehension.
