Jesus knew His disciples would face challenges after His departure, so He promised them a 'Helper', the Holy Spirit. This promise extends to us today. The Spirit is not just a distant force, but an active, indwelling presence who guides, teaches, and brings to mind Christ's truth. In moments of confusion, doubt, or temptation, we have an internal divine tutor and comforter. He helps us understand scripture, recall Jesus' teachings, and apply them to our lives. This intimate relationship with the Spirit is a profound and comforting gift, ensuring we are never truly alone or without divine guidance.

Prayer

Holy Spirit, thank You for being my Helper and Counselor. Teach me Your truths today and bring to remembrance all that Jesus has taught, guiding my steps in wisdom and grace.
