Our salvation in Christ offers immediate blessings, 'access by faith into this grace in which we stand.' But Paul also points us to a future reality: 'we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.' This isn't a vague wish, but a confident expectation rooted in Christ's finished work. It's the assurance that one day, we will fully experience God's magnificent presence and share in His glory, free from sin and suffering. This hope is an anchor for the soul, enabling us to face present difficulties with a joyful anticipation of what is to come. Let this glorious future brighten your current circumstances.

Prayer

Sovereign Lord, thank You for the certain hope of Your glory that I have in Christ. Help me to stand firm in Your grace and to face today with radiant joy, knowing the beautiful future You have secured for me.
