2 Corinthians 12:9
"But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me."

Paul's experience with the 'thorn in the flesh' reveals a counter-intuitive truth about God's power. Often, we strive to hide our weaknesses, believing they diminish us. Yet, Christ declares that His power is 'made perfect in weakness.' This isn't an endorsement of self-pity, but an invitation to humble dependence. When we acknowledge our limitations and cease striving in our own strength, we create space for God's divine power to be fully manifest. Our weaknesses become platforms for His glory, proving that He is capable even when we are not.
Prayer
Lord, it’s hard to embrace my weaknesses, but I thank You that Your grace is sufficient. Help me to surrender my inadequacies, so Your perfect power can rest upon and work through me.
