1 Corinthians 10:13
"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

This verse offers profound comfort and clear instruction regarding temptation. First, it reminds us we're not alone; our struggles are 'common to man.' More importantly, it highlights God's unwavering faithfulness. He sets boundaries, never allowing us to face more than we can endure, always providing a 'way of escape.' This isn't a miraculous disappearance of the trial, but a discernible path to resist, to choose righteousness, or to find strength to persevere. Our responsibility is to seek and take that way of escape, trusting that God's provision is always sufficient for our endurance. We are not left helpless in the face of sin.
Prayer
Faithful God, thank You that You are always with me in temptation, and You always provide a way of escape. Grant me wisdom and strength to see and take Your path today.
